Cosmos© 2500CPL
automatic wrap label applicator
The Cosmos© 2500CPL is an automatic wrap label applicator
designed for small diameter cylindrical products. It will wrap
adhesive labels around products ranging from ¼” to 2½” diameter labels at rates up to 100 products per minute (depending on product diameter and label repeat length).
The durable Cosmos© 2500CPL is built for long lasting, low
maintenance, dependable service. Custom designed units
may be produced for your specific application.
Wrap System
This industrial strength, fully automatic wrap system integrates Hunkar’s 4500 applicator with a product conveyor and wrap mechanism.
This system is designed for simple, repeatable, automatic labeling of cylindrical products such as bottles and jars. The system includes either a wrap belt or 3-roll wrap, depending on your needs.
Front/Back Labeling System
The Brute® Front/Back Labeling System integrates two wipe-on labeling heads with a product conveyor and top trap. This system is designed for repeatable, automatic front/back labeling of oval or flat-sided bottles.
Top/Bottom Labeling SYstem
The Hunkar Top/Bottom Labeling
System integrates two wipe-on labeling heads with a product conveyor and a split conveyor. This system is designed for repeatable, automatic top/bottom labeling of flat packages or products.
Model 60 PRINT ROLL-TO-ROLL
The Hunkar Print Roll-To-Roll consists of the Model 60 Stand Alone Rewinder with unwind caddy and integral base plate for a thermal transfer printer. This configuration provides the ability to print and rewind full size rolls of labels.
Model 120 COUNTER VERIFIER
The Hunkar Counter Verifier consists of the Model 120 Stand Alone Rewinder with an unwind caddy and a programmable counter. This configuration provides accurate label counts and can also be set up to stop after a preset number.
